FTC Disclosure

Full disclosure and transparency are important to us. We want you to be comfortable browsing the site and receiving our emails. Therefore, we will always be completely up front about how this website acts as a business.

In his newsletter, on this website, and in some of his products/programs, Kevin sometimes recommends products and programs, other than ones he creates. With those recommendations, oftentimes, he makes a commission on referred sales. This is not always the case, but in many circumstances, it is. These commissions contribute to the operation of the blog, newsletter and overall business, and continue to keep much of the information free of cost and obtrusive ads.

Kevin is contacted often to promote various products and programs, and the commissions are often upwards of 75 percent. Some may include benefits like vacations or bonus prizes. However, it is important to know that Kevin has taken a firm stance: he only recommends products he both believes in and that have passed his personal evaluations. This means you can take a sigh of relief. When Kevin recommends something, it means that it is exceptional, and has an amazing track record already.

Kevin will never recommend anything that he hasn’t personally viewed, read, or listened to. If the product is a physical product, he will never recommend it unless he has tried it, himself. If it isn’t of exceptional quality, and he doesn’t believe it will help you, he will not recommend it. There are no exceptions to this stance, nor will there ever be.

Kevin’s goal is to help you continually advance toward your health and fitness goals. When you do, the website and business benefits. It’s a win/win.

Kevin’s success starts and ends with his reputation. Therefore, it does not make sense to recommend poor products or programs. No commission amount could change that fact.

Purchase Agreement

This agreement will be presented to you at the time of any purchase you make from Kevin Haslam and eleven twenty-four Productions, LLC. If you feel a particular product or program isn’t for you, you are entitled to a full refund normally within the first 30 days after your initial order (some products or programs may have different return policies, so please refer to the individual product for more information).

After the agreed-upon period, all sales are final, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason. If you breach this agreement by contacting your bank, card company or PayPal, they will not only settle the transaction in our favor due to you agreeing to this legal agreement at the time of purchase, but you will also be contacted by our attorney who will take legal action against you for your actions.

Most committed clients don’t care about getting a refund when they have a successful results, allowing them to lead a better life due to implementing the steps in the products and programs made available for sale on this website.

If you have any issues or questions regarding any of the above policies, please contact us.
